Privacy Policy for EvoSpline NC Generator

1. General Information This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for data processing within the EvoSpline NC Generator application. The app is an engineering tool that operates locally on the user’s device.

2. No Personal Data Collection The EvoSpline NC Generator application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data. All data entered into the program (technical parameters) is processed exclusively in the volatile memory (RAM) of the user’s device for the purpose of generating NC code.

3. User Files Project files (e.g., with the .worm extension) and generated machine code files (.eia, .txt, .nc) are saved only in locations specified by the user on their local hard drive. The developer has no access to these files.

4. Third-Party Services The application is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft may collect anonymous telemetry data regarding installations and crashes (crash reports) in accordance with Microsoft’s own privacy policy.

5. Local Configuration Data The application may store small configuration flags (such as the license acceptance status or last used module) locally on your device using the standard Windows ApplicationData storage mechanism. This is used solely to provide a consistent user experience (e.g., to prevent the license agreement from appearing on every launch). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
