I value your privacy. The Application is designed with a Privacy-by-Design approach:
- No Personal Data: The Application does not require registration, nor does it collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Local Processing: All engineering calculations and NC code generation are performed locally on your device. Your technical input data (dimensions, speeds, tool parameters) are never sent to our servers.
- No Telemetry: I do not track your usage patterns or monitor how many programs you generate.
3. Storage and File Access
The Application uses the following Windows system features:
- Local Settings: To provide a better user experience, the Application saves your last selected module and UI preferences (e.g., EULA acceptance) using Windows
LocalSettings. - File System: The Application only accesses the file system when you explicitly use the “Save” or “Load” functions to store your project data (
.worm,.slotting) or export the generated NC code (.eia,.txt). You choose the destination folder via the Windows File Picker.
4. Microsoft Store and Licensing
The Application uses the Windows Store Collection and Purchase API to manage trials and subscriptions.
- All payment processing and subscription management are handled exclusively by Microsoft Corporation.
- The Application only receives a digital token confirming whether a specific module (e.g., Worms Module, Slotting Module) is active. We do not have access to your credit card or billing information.
5. Internet Connectivity
The Application requires an internet connection solely for:
- Communicating with the Microsoft Store to verify subscription status.
- Accessing the help documentation via the developer’s website (optional).
6. Third-Party Services
The Application does not share data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
